Terms of service

By commissioning me, you accept and are agreeing to the following terms:

I, fairxyliqhts, have the right to decline a commission request.
Payment comes after the draft sketch. No refunds after sketch approval, unless I am unable to complete your commission. Payment is in USD and can be through PayPal or Ko-fi.
I, fairxyliqhts, retain copyright of the work. If desired, an NDA fee of 15% can be paid to keep the work private. This is to compensate for lost marketing.
Do not claim my artwork as your own, trace, edit, or remove my watermark. No commercial use. My artwork may not be used in any blockchain-related technology (cryptocurrency, NFTs, etc.).
Give due credit when using my artwork (eg. for profile pictures, credit with my @ in your bio).
Please be patient and refrain from rushing me. *Wait time is approximately 2-8 weeks after payment.
